We are seeking a Customer services Administrator to fill a new and exciting role with our Construction recruitment team in our Central Taunton office. This role will offer a great opportunity to learn all aspects of recruitment with an experienced team giving you the time and knowledge to develop a long career in recruitment.
Working as part of our tight-knit team you will play an important part in delivering the exceptional service that we are known for to our clients and help us grow in the Somerset, Devon and Cornwall regions.
Full training will be provided in the form of structured and continued development so no recruitment experience is necessary. This role is so varied that it could suit anyone with previous sales, customer services or tele- sales experience, however if you are passionate about service, have been told you have the 'gift of the gab' and think you could spend your days building great relationships please get in touch as this could be the role for you.

* Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
* Collection and processing of time-sheets and getting workers paid on time - every time
* Checking right to work and qualification documents
* Creating job adverts and social media posts to generate applications and source candidates
