Hamlin Knight is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a very successful family run business based in Stratford Upon Avon.

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the successful daily maintenance operation covering all of the below,

*Lead and manage a team of trades people
* Ensure all Health and Safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to
*Demonstrate effective resource planning and management
*Have excellent management skills, and have effective leadership behaviours
*Respond to maintenance requests in the fastest most cost-effective way possible to complete the job
*Make purchasing decisions with the best value and appropriate quality at the forefront
*Work closely with senior management team members to successfully co-ordinate the delivery, siting and sales preparation of residential lodges and holiday homes
*Communicate effectively and work closely with other departments so that they can manage their areas of the business accordingly.
*Maintain all job quality systems and ensure all problems and concerns are highlighted and communicated to appropriate departments as soon as is practically possible.
*Form a close working relationship with the Park Manager to ensure that the Maintenance Team service delivery standards are adhered to and sustained
*Work closely and communicate effectively to all team members in order for them to organise and deliver a high standard maintenance service on a daily basis
*Responsible for general problem solving of everyday maintenance issues on a reactional basis
*Ensure the Float Management system is installed correctly, and when required, will operate affectively
*Ensure all machinery used is kept in a good clean working order and any relevant safety checks are carried out on a regular basis
*Attract and recruit team members and develop them to a very effectual team through providing coaching, training and support
*When necessary, a hands-on approach and knowledge to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and finished to a high standard
*Enjoy working in fast paced, high pressure role whilst having the opportunity to develop and progress personal skills and knowledge

Skills & Experience required;

Previous Maintenance Management experience is essential
Proven ability to run an effective maintenance team
Excellent communication and people skills
Flexibility as the role could be necessary, including weekend and some evening work
Must have strong IT skills and administration skill
