Role Overview
Taking ownership for the performance across all production areas on site, with a major emphasis on increasing OTIF and efficiency levels
Effective leadership of production and site team delivering analysis of previous performance ensuring accurate corrective actions that enhance critical KPIs
Responsible for optimisation of material flow, operational performance, quality and safety across the site
Management and leadership ensuring embedded practices and principles that enhance delivery, pride and commitment to business values and targets
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leadership in high volume, cost sensitive manufacturing environment
Experience of delivering enhanced production, quality and delivery performance through a multi-disciplined team in a fast-moving production environment
A natural ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring a cohesive working dynamic, in relation to an increase in production outputs
A solution focused individual with the ability to identify and solve problems succinctly and effectively
Innovative and willing to research and implement new process, systems, procedures and technologies
Capable of communicating in a confident and collaborative way with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
