Service Desk Analyst |London

I am currently working with a large well know Property and Construction company based in Central London who are looking to build there Service desk team with an additional Service Desk Analyst . If you are looking for your next opportunity in IT and have 2/3 years in IT support users from all levels I would be keen to discuss this opportunity in more detail with you.


Provide 1st/2nd line support via telephone, desk-side and remote
Ability to work with colleagues and external suppliers
Manage all incidents, requests and problems in an effective and timely manner
Proactively look for ways to improve customer processes/support.Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally professional sector
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Microsoft and use of document management systems
