My client is looking for a Bookings consultant to join there growing team. Your duties will include:
Answering inbound calls, taking information and updating the system correctly.
Resolving problems or passing the queries to the correct people to be resolved.
Manage time to prioritise shift requests
Deal with incoming rotas in a timely manner
Speak to clients regularly when shifts are outstanding
Adhere to certain call targets per dayYour skills will include:
Excellent communicator
Planning & organising
prioritising
problem solving
