Our client offers a fresh, innovative personal approach to selling and letting their customers' homes. They are a fantastic hybrid agency who offer the very best of traditional estate agents and the cutting-edge technologies to solve their customers needs.

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to be based at their offices in Farnham.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Organising & carrying out viewings

* Meeting and registering new candidates

* Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants and note all correspondence and communications

* Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings

* Negotiate where required

* Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place

* Work closely with the Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager to identify new business opportunities

* Achieve daily and weekly targets

What we are looking for:

* Excellent organisational skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude

* A strong customer focus

* Desire to meet and exceed targets

* Self-motivation with a can do attitude

* High accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to work on your own as well as in a team

* Full UK driving licence

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 - this will include weekend work.
