Job Scope:
Under the direction of the Contracts Manager, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Nursing is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the Client organisation, and consistently managing the client's needs. A 'hands on' operational role supporting a dedicated client through all aspects of the recruitment process. The role will be based between the client site and our office in central London.

Key Tasks:
Operational Management -
?? Management of nurse recruitment planner.?? Leading on nurse recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline and talent pool management.
- Support marketing functions to fully align with recruitment plan and strategies.
- Oversea International nursing campaign.
- Ownership and deliverance of the weekly nurse update meeting.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment through from attraction to offer negotiation. Ownership of delivery against group of allocated vacancies.
- Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to all candidates.
- Follow process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience, in line with the client's strong employer brand.
- Maximize IT system usage to facilitate compliance and ensure information can be traced and accessed by others.
- Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to the client by ensuring the client's experience is positive and of a high standard at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the Client organization, consistently managing the hiring communities' needs.
- Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain client records, keeping up to date at all times.
- Highlight opportunities for any improvements to management.
- Assist in dealing with complaints or issues speedily and in line with the Company's complaint procedure and highlight any queries to the line manager.
