Our client based in LINCOLN are looking for a QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANTS to join the team on a temporary basis through their peak period.
The ideal candidate will be required to work both alone and as part of a team, in an ever changing environment, with minimal supervision. A keen eye for detail is essential and must have the ability to work well under pressure, in a fast but accurate manner.
Working hours may vary and overtime may become available, standard working hours are 21:00pm - 6:00am Sunday to Friday.
Roles
* Taking product samples and testing intakes
* Communicating with lorry drivers
* Operating the manual weight bridge
* Completing necessary paperwork accurately
* Product testing
Good time keeping is essential in this role and products are required to be checked on an hourly basis. Communication skills are also very important as you will not only will be required to communicate with lorry drivers on a daily basis, but to report any issues with the products to management as a matter of urgency.
