At Coburg Banks we have been established for nearly 20 years. During this time we have helped our staff grow divisions and now have highly paid consultants and managers in areas such as Social Care, Engineering, Sales and IT.
Due to a high demand from our IT clients we are now seeking a Business Development Manager to help us get IT Contract work from existing clients on our permanent side and also new clients too. Your key responsibilities include:
Sourcing potential clients from our database and also internet sources
To identify who the key decision makers are
To be able to communicate with these decision makers through multiple communication channels
To attend visits and consult with Senior IT, HR and other decision makers
To negotiate deals and agree terms and Service Level Agreements
To work with the delivery team to ensure that we have the best chance to fill the role
To advise clients over new laws concerning contractors e.g. IR35It would help if you have had contract recruitment experience before we would also consider people with experience of selling IT Software, Hardware or Services into companies. More importantly we need a pro-active individual with a can-do attitude. A proven track record of winning new business is important.
We are offering the following benefits
A basic salary of GBP35k to GBP40k
