Administrator Financial Services (Wealth Management) - London

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator (Wealth Management) to be based in London. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, they are committed to delivering a client-centric approach that puts the client at the centre of the process.

Due to rapid growth they are seeking an Administrator to provide administrative support to one or more financial advisers. The incumbent will need to have experience working in an adviser support role within an IFA firm, have a certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent and an interest in obtaining the Diploma. Specific experience working with Discretionary Fund Managers would be highly advantageous.

As an Administrator (Wealth Management) you will have the following existing skills: Outstanding interpersonal and team working skills coupled with client relationship building skills. You will possess an ability to directly interact with clients and colleagues using polished communication skills and a professional approach. Highly accurate with high attention to detail you critically evaluate information, meet deadlines and ensure adherence to policy and compliance procedures. Computer literate you will have prior experience with the Nucleus platform. Use of the SSP system would be highly regarded.

Your role will consist of day-to-day client enquiries, arranging meetings, all administration, including preparation, requests and submission of all documents, applications and supporting documents. You will undertake accurate data-entry, create and maintain accurate records of all communications in line with compliance procedures, type up dictation & notes, keep track of fees and prepare fund comparisons and illustrations.
