About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to come and join our team at Gracewell of High Wycombe, located in Lane End, which is close to High Wycombe town centre, main train station and easy access to the M40. We are looking for someone who is able to work a total of 30 hours per week during the hours of 7am and 6.3pm on a shift pattern covering both weekdays and weekends.

We will give you a 10p enhancement on your hourly rate after 6 months service, 20p after 12 months and 30p for 2 year's service.

As Housekeeper you will play a crucial role in ensuring visitors, residents and families all receive a positive impression of our homes by keeping residents' rooms and common areas spotless and carrying out other general tasks within the home Cheerful, caring and compassionate, you'll be capable of making responsible decisions and acting in residents' best interests.
About you
  • Previous housekeeping experience is desirable
  • Ability to build positive relationships with our residents their families and our Sunrise team members
  • Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
  • Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
  • Effective time keeping and time management
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
