Trainee Team Leader required for our client based in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are a high volume producer of wholesale ornamental plants. They specialise in the production of young plug plants from seed and cuttings for the commercial trade.
Your duties will include:
Managing a small team - Sticking, cutting and labeling of plants and also working in despatch and as a bench pusher. You do not need previous experience as you will be trained up - just a good attitude and willing to learn and take on responsibilities.
Good communication is required and flexibility in hours. Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role preferred but not essential.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 0600-Finish plus overtime.
This is an ongoing position.
Own transport is essential due to the location
