Food and Beverage Supervisor
Central London - Private Members Club GBPNeg This superb members only club based in W2 are looking for their new superstar Food and Beverage Supervisor who can ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage service within the Club's Food and Beverage areas.
Providing support to the F&B Management team, you will assist in the smooth and efficient running of events through meticulous planning, time management and engagement of manpower. You will be able to manage a team of staff - many of whom may be casual or part-time, giving clear direction and instruction. Promote the Club's core values of Value, Service & Courtesy within the department
You'll be a strong operational team player but able to take the initiative and dive in to service, spot the potential pitfalls before they happen all with a bright and positive manner. It's a great atmosphere and the club offers not just A'La Carte dining and numerous bars but also events, functions and special interest evenings.
