The Business:
This Senior Accounts Executive opportunity is working at a successful research agency based in the heart of central London. This organisation is recognise for their work as being a data driven organisation that help companies and organisations make better decisions through the bespoke research solutions they provide. As Senior Accounts Executive you will play a key role in offering support to the finance team across all areas of business operations. This could be credit control, payroll, tax, time sheets or anything else which allows the finance team to operate. The opportunity sits within a people first business where employee morale and well being are at the forefront of the company's priorities. The Opportunity:
* You will deal with invoicing and credit control to ensure that invoices are raised and sent out to clients in an efficient and timely manner
* Having responsibility for maintaining project budgets within the company's accounting system will ensure project budgets are adhered too
* Preparing the monthly salaried payroll as well as reconciling all payroll and tax accounts in addition to updating the accounting system for any starters or leavers
* Supporting the Financial Controller to prepare month end accounts
* Ensuring that all staff time sheets and entered and chasing any missing documents as well as reviewing and posting accounts payable and bank transactions

The Person:
* Having at least a couple of year's experience in a full finance role will allow you to hit the ground running
* Having evidence of raising accounts receivable invoices and credit control will ensure you can pick things up quickly
* Experience of payroll processes and systems
* A strong grasp of Microsoft Excel will allow you to input an analyse data effectively
* Excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to communicate effectively with people within and outside of the company
