We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing / Production Manager to work for a large engineering company located in Elland, West Yorkshire,
THE DUTIES:
Key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all staff are maintaining output levels in line with set targets.
* Leading continuous improvement projects.
* Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
* An excellent understanding in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years hands on management experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent Health, Safety and Environmental awareness with an understanding of Risk Assessments and legislation.
* IT literacy (MS, word, excel etc;)
* Excellent organisational skills, including planning of labour and processes.
THE PACKAGE:
You Will be paid a salary of between GBP36,000 an GBP40,000 per annum (depending on expereince), plus excellent benefits.
