About the role:

This role offers a 12-month interim opportunity to be part of a robust HR team providing pro-active services across all the aspects you would typically associate with a full HR provision. You will provide first line admin support within HR and Learning & Development across both JRF, JRHT and the Corporate Support areas.

This is a busy role where no 2 days are the same, from dealing with HR related queries, to providing support for our Professional Development programmes to dealing with compliance around DBS searches and assisting with the migration of paper personnel files to an electronic system.

About you:

Ideally having experience of working in a busy HR Admin environment this role is an ideal stepping stone in consolidating your existing experience and using it to further broaden you expertise and knowledge.

You will possess strong communications skills and have an organised approach that will allow you to comfortably deliver to multiple deadlines whilst managing the day to day delivery across HR and learning & Development.

We are seeking applications from those who are open to self-development and take pride in their attention to detail.

If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.
