In order to ensure delivery of an efficient and high quality repairs service to our customers we are looking to recruit the following role into our Responsive Repairs and Voids team:
PLUMBER/Multi Trades Operative
Salary £27, 556
40 Hours per week
(Benefits include, company van and company pension scheme)
We are looking to recruit an experienced plumber with additional multi trades skills to join our In House Repairs Team working on void and tenanted properties. The ideal candidate will have served a recognised plumbing apprenticeship and will have additional skills in particular joinery, tiling and plastering. Experience of unvented hot water systems and basic gas installations is advantageous.
In addition they will be expected to work to a high standard with the minimum supervision, strive to achieve a first time fix and work within tight budget and time constraints. You will have good health and safety knowledge whilst keeping yourself up to date with legal and technical requirements.
We are looking for someone with a relevant trade qualification and hold a full UK driving licence.
