DISPLAY COMPANY IN HODDESDON REQUIRED:

Experienced Administrator/Secretary for a part time position. 

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Invoicing.
  • Taking orders over the phone and by e-mail.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Working out job costings.
  • Sending out orders with courier.
  • Providing quotations. 

The successful applicant must have:

  • Good IT Skills in word and Excel.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Be versatile with all aspects of admin and supporting all areas of the Business.
