We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Co-ordinator - Business Admin and Customer Service to support the curriculum Head of Business and Professional in the co-ordination of delivery of relevant Work Based Learning including Traineeship/Apprenticeship, Work Experience and Work Base Project funded programmes as part of core qualifications or as enrichment.  The postholder will be responsible for the recruitment of learners and employers and the support of both relating to Work Based and Work Experience programmes.  You will have a caseload of learners; supporting and monitoring progress whilst helping to ensure that the College meets its success measures and contractual requirements of the programme.  To be responsible and contribute to curriculum development and implementation of pastoral and welfare systems provided for learners.  You will also facilitate workplace learning and assessment commensurate with the requirements of the post in a way which demonstrates the high standards expected of colleagues.

The successful candidate will need to have a Level 3 qualification or above in Business Support and Customer Service fields, an Assessors qualification and GCSE level qualifications (Grade C or above in English and Maths).
