This Service Development Manager post presents an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in the development and redesign of Drug and Alcohol Services across Devon.

Service Development Manager
Location: Negotiable – work and travel across Devon
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,835 to £37,878 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

We’re looking for a manager with a sound working knowledge and understanding of substance misuse services and of current substance misuse policy, legislation and evidence based practices in recovery oriented services to lead on service development and further enhance the experience of those accessing our services.

We are looking for a candidate who has credibility, a passion for working with all types of challenges, can inspire and motivate teams, and has the ability to identify and implement changes required to ensure Together is able to perform effectively against local and national KPIs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successful project and/or change management and the ability to develop constructive working relationships with Together staff and key stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who takes a solution focused approach, can work on their own initiative, and can lead proactively.

The successful candidate will benefit from working within a passionate team and being supported by the wider leadership team across EDP. Please note that job shares will be considered for this position.
