Seasonal Temp Sous Chef required ASAP until September
Chef required in Marizion – to manage a BBQ on a hotel Terrace
Accomodation is a double room with own bathroom with shared kitchen.
6 chefs on each shift plus 2 kp’s
If raining and no BBQ the chef would be expected to work in the main kitchen doing prep
Ability to hold the BBQ with no support from main kitchen, interact with guests, no waitresses; all served in disposable plates, and cutlery.
Needs to be able to become part of the team while there
Will be given a separate area of the main kitchen to prep.
5 day per week
Busiest periods of the day 1-3pm and 6-8pm.
Hoping they can relieve the main kitchen of approx. 100 covers per day
Simple menu of approx. 2 dishes per day (Veggie/Meat)
Sous Rate £13 per hour
