A full time vacancy has arisen for a Data Input Assistant in the Truro office with a regular travel to St Austell.
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality management of our clients’ contact information stored in our database systems.
You will be responsible for data cleansing, cross-referencing and updating client information stored across paper based and electronic records. You will also liaise with a third party telesales company and provide it with up to date and accurate client information. You will provide regular reports to your team on the results of the data cleansing. You will collate the results of the data cleansing process and prepare mail merge letters to clients on a weekly basis and collate the client responses.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Data Input Assistant with excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills.
Experience in a professional legal practice is an advantage but not essential. The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, pro-active and flexible. Problem-solving skills are essential.
Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
