Salary: £20,706 - £24,019 + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

We are recruiting for a Workplace Coordinator to join our Automotive team to support the curriculum Head of Section in the co-ordination of delivery of relevant Work Based Learning including Traineeship/Apprenticeship and Work Experience programmes as part of core qualifications or as enrichment. You will be responsible for the recruitment of learners and employers and the support of both relating to Work Based and Work Experience programmes.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining outstanding working relationships with external and internal customers. 

The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths qualifications or equivalent at grade C or above (4-9), hold or be prepared to work towards IQA assessor and verifier awards. Experience in industry setting relevant to the vocational area.

You will need to have the ability to market and promote work based training and monitor and review the progress of all learners setting relevant targets. We are looking for someone who is able to work effectively without supervision as well as part of a team.
