We are looking for an HR Systems and Process Manager to join our charity client on a permanent basis. This is a tough and demanding role but working in a bright and airy open plan office you'll be sure to enjoy the social environment and get to know your teams exceptionally well.

Our client is the largest disability non-profit organisation in the UK, with around 7,000 employees, their origins can be traced back to the 1940s and they are committed to building a more equitable society through raising awareness on disability via campaigning on policy, and various programs. So if you can;

Act as a Business Partner to teams across the Organisation who rely on system applications to support their activities.
To be the lead adviser/systems expert to the organisation on the iTrent HR/Payroll system.
Manage all employee change and benefits processes including pension, role, hours and personal changes ensuring they are carried out in a timely and accurate manner within monthly payroll deadlines.
Manage the creation and maintenance of standard scheduled and ad-hoc reports, generating these as necessary, to inform local and strategic direction to the Organisation.
Provide strategic input and advice to Project Teams involved with Business Change Projects where the relevant technologies and processes impact or are impacted.
To work closely with the organisation to understand the needs of customers and provide solutions through process and applications and/or improvements to current systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency for the user.
Manage, mentor, motivate and develop members of the Business Applications and Employee Administration Teams, ensuring knowledge is shared and individuals are able to provide sufficient support to cover for absence.
To be part of the HR Shared Services Management Team working closely with peers and colleagues to ensure a one-service approach.
Set up and maintain organisation data within the core systems controlling security, access and GDPR compliance within the applications.
Ensure regular validation and audit reports are run to ensure data is robust and facilitate updates where erroneous data is identified.
Ensure user acceptance testing is undertaken, in conjunction with selected end-users, when software patches and new releases are made available and improved HR processes are fully tested where required.
Proactively liaise with suppliers and users to identify improvements that can be made to how the systems can be used and facilitate necessary changes.
Ensure all requests received from end users and HR colleagues are logged to ensure that potential improvements can be identified and evaluated and specific training needs determining.
Provide training and support to new employees and to all users where new functionality is made available.
Ensure system documentation is maintained when changes are made.
