Training and Recruitment Advisor (Apprenticeships)

Salary: £22,034 – £23,346, plus performance related bonus

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Delivery of outstanding customer service and effectively engaging with our network of employers is something we take pride in. You will be part of a high performing and driven team and take an active role in networking, supporting young people into employment and exceeding customer expectations.  The varied role will also see you delivering high quality support to employers looking to utilise Apprenticeship funding to upskill their staff. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and preferably of working with Apprentices, Employers or in recruitment. You will have excellent customer facing skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. This role would suit someone who is tenacious, target driven, confident in presenting and has excellent sales and organisational skills. You must be able to effectively manage your own diary and have the ability to work remotely; the full support of an established central team will be available, including regular individual and team meetings.
