Chef de Partie required for Victorian inspired, modern canal side public house. This quirky contemporary venue replicates a step back in time using period lighting, stone flags and reclaimed timber frames to create the perfect idyllic atmosphere. Boasting a fabulous monthly Artisan Market on the banks of a picturesque marina, this elegant structure is looking for someone with the passion and desire to go that extra mile to provide customer satisfaction with tasty, exciting, affordable dishes.
As a committed member of our team you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with preparation of fresh vegetables and cooking fresh food to order confidently covering approximately 100 covers a day. This is a popular wedding venue and regularly holds banquets, business meetings and private parties so previous experience in this area is desired.

Be willing to learn
Have the desire for progression
Have strong abilities to work under pressure
Be Willing to work approx 48-50 hours a week on a rota system including evenings and weekends
Preferably have your own transport due to the location and lack of public transport
Have your own Chef Whites & Knives
Have the confidence to share menu ideas
