Fixed term for 6 months. GBP14.92 per hour, Monday - Friday.
We are currently recruiting for a fixed term opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to join the HR dept as a People Advisor. This is a generalist role with an emphasis on supporting managers across the organisation.
What you will be doing:
* Assessing and analysing individual issues and situations and working with managers to deliver solutions and improvements.
* Effective case management of a wide range of employee related issues to resolution.
* Review and monitor long and short term absence and provide advice, recommendations and solutions to managers on how to resolve these cases.
* Deliver and embed People and Culture policies and processes by working with managers across the organisation, ensuring legal requirements are adhered to.
What you will need:
You will be a flexible and adaptable HR professional, able to work in an exciting and changing environment, with experience of working in a HR advisory capacity.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of developing and maintaining, open, trusting and productive relationships, and have the ability to think about problems in terms of what may have caused them and how they can be resolved. You will also have the aptitude to make evidence based decisions/recommendations that take into account the benefits of the different options.
We are looking to recruit on either a part time (minimum of 3 days per week) or full time basis. This is a fixed term opportunity for 6 months
