Job Summary:
Warehouse Operatives are responsible for achieving appropriate performance in all warehouse activities and tasks. The key delivery aspect of this role is to ensure the customer receives the correct product, the correct quantity, the correct quality and the correct delivery time/date.

Responsibilities include:
* Ensure high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
* Ensure products are presented at the required standards.
* Ensure health and safety processes and procedures are followed at all times.
* Ensure adherence to agreed break times.
* Communicate information via the relevant communication channels.
* Alert relevant people to process and product concerns and/or rectify where appropriate.
* Agree and complete training and development requirements as determined by the Supervisor/Manager and the training plan.
* Safeguard property issued by the company.
* Ensure workplace is clean and tidy - all housekeeping procedures are followed and the workplace is safe.
* Wear the appropriate uniform and PPE.
* Operate machinery and equipment safely, following all procedures.
* Undertake reasonable duties as and when required/as directed by a Supervisor/Manager.
What you'll need:
To be successful in this role you'll be a motivated individual with preferably experience in a fast paced stock control, warehouse & distribution environment, however full training will be given to the successful candidate who shows the correct drive and aptitude. We are looking for someone with a Sideloader license and current FLT / Counterbalance license, good attention to detail, is a good communicator, organised and has positive approach to work.
