Contracts Administrator - Repair & Maintenance 
Hatfield, Hertfordshire

We’re currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our dedicated team in Hatfield and support the smooth running of our Repair & Maintenance Contracts Department.

What will I be doing?  

As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll provide a high level of administrative support to our Repair & Maintenance Contracts Department.  

Ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service, you will:  

- Authorise scheduled inspections and vehicle servicing on contracts, ensuring that claims are compliant  
- Arrange vehicle bookings  
- Set up Direct Debits for new and existing customers  
- Create a forward schedule for PMIs, servicing and MOTs  
- Monitor vehicle locations  
- Provide admin support to other departments when required  

What do I need?  

To join us as a Contracts Administrator, you’ll need:  

- Administration experience, gained in the automotive aftersales industry  
- Strong customer-facing skills  
- The ability to understand and communicate technical information  
- A great eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure  
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel  

Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of operator compliance requirements, but this isn’t essential.
