Estates Services Assistant – Team Leader

Salary: £22,034 – £23,346 per annum plus excellent benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a professional, proactive and highly customer focussed individual to join our Estates & IT team, to build on and improve our customer focus and the service we provide to our customers within Exeter College. The Department’s mission is to create and maintain safe, accessible and comfortable physical environments, provide quality resources, facilities and services for all learners, staff and visitors.

As well as contributing to the hands on day to day work of your respective teams, the Team Leader will need to work collaboratively to ensure the Estates Service Assistant team are deployed effectively and are fully utilised to their maximum potential to provide an excellent standard of service throughout the department.

You will have good leadership skills and will be experienced in dealing with people management issues through to an effective resolution. You will be professional and will have the ability to inspire others with your approach. You will have the skills to be able to identify solutions and improve the service that we provide. You will have the ability to lead the team as well as working within that team and contributing equally to their work.
