White Marble was set up in July 2014 to offer marketing expertise and resource to a range of financial services companies at key points in their growth and strategic objectives. This model is highly innovative and one that has been well received by our target market but has also evolved and expanded to include learning and data.
We are looking to recruit someone who can support the team through a combination of digital skills and project management to support the delivery of client project work, implementation of internal processes and support White Marble propositions across consultancy, learning (Fund Marketing Network) and measurement (Metrologis).
This is a hybrid role, which we envision combining several elements:
- to work as an integral part of the White Marble team, bringing digital expertise and insight to a range of client projects;
- to support the digital development of the White Marble brand across consultancy, the FMN and Metrologis;
- to work alongside the consultancy and creative services teams to embed a sales and marketing funnel for White Marble that leads to marketing qualified leads and provides client data back to the business;
- to help White Marble scope and model the opportunities that exist for our services in additional verticals across the financial services industry.
Given the rapid growth of our business and the multiple propositions, the role is highly varied and requires a self-starter, proactive nature and a team-orientated approach to help deliver on the expectations of all our clients. We would anticipate that this role will quickly offer the opportunity to grow and broaden industry knowledge and marketing skills, with a view to taking greater ownership of integrated client projects as a marketing consultant.
Duties and responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- to be a key contributor in the development and delivery of clients’ digital marketing and
communications strategy, working alongside the wider team - to enhance White Marble’s digital marketing capability and help develop more authority for White Marble for digital consultancy projects
- to implement proven and leading digital marketing practices for both the White Marble team and our clients
- to generate and help in the presentation of insights from the Metrologis data to the user group
- assist in the creation of digital insights, tips and templates for the Fund Marketing Network
- to support the selection, briefing and management of digital suppliers for the timely delivery of client work
- to work alongside the consultancy and creative services teams to help build White Marble’s digital footprint, increasing awareness and sales pipeline

Skills and experience
The candidate must have/be:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent academic/business experience
- a self-starter who can work autonomously but also within a team
- extensive digital marketing experience
- client engagement
- supplier management
- a desire to learn and grow wider skill sets
- background in marketing preferred
- strong organisational skills
- project management skills with a focus on excellence and delivery to deadlines
- great interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- the ability and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial
