Maintenance Assistant
Walton on Thames Charity The Charity has a portfolio of land, sheltered housing, community buildings, allotments, woodlands, supported houses and offices. You will be responsible for the improving and maintaining our properties; this could include remodelling a kitchen, creating new bike sheds, laying new flooring to a communal hall or redecorating an office space. Knowledge of building materials is essential.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with previous experience either in a building trade or building services. You will be able to provide a courteous service at all times keeping our residents advised of when works will impact on our buildings.
Walton Charity can offer flexible hours – 35 hours per week over five days
