Customer Support Agent
Hourly rate: £competitive
Status: Full time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week as an integral part of a friendly team. Working hours are as flexible as we can make them and we understand what it means to have children!
The Role - Customer Support
* Understanding and answering customer queries
* Advising customers on plant choices and availability
* Taking orders from customers over the phone
* Liaising with couriers when deliveries are late, damaged or go astray
* Handling complaints when customers kill our plants... and then replacing them.
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Pleasant and friendly telephone manner at all times
* You are competent and accurate with sound computer skills
* You can organise, prioritise and work in a busy environment
* You tackle issues quickly and effectively.
* You can act on your own initiative without supervision
* You work well as part of a team, helping build team spirit,
* You are open-minded, welcome feedback and help others succeed.
* An interest in gardening/plants is essential
