Exciting opportunity for a strong Junior to Midweight level iOS Developer to join a cutting-edge software development company based in the Tobacco Factory.

The iOS Developer Opportunity:

As the go-to iOS Developer in the team, you will be creating and maintaining new features to our existing iOS codebase using both Objective-C (legacy) and Swift. You will also work with other internal business units to help with designing solutions that will help to makes customers business more efficient.

You will be part of a small team of 6 developers who will be able to assist and support you, however as the dedicated full-time iOS Developer, you'll need to have the ability to be self-motivate and revel in taking ownership of projects. The developers are situated in their own office, located on a different floor from the main office (consisting of about 35 people), this gives them a quieter working space, but still with the ability to easily walk upstairs to interact with the rest of the business when required (or desired!).

With offices based in the Tobacco Factory, we’re close to local shops and eateries and only a short walk from the waterfront, giving a wide variety of choices for lunch.

Benefits include a 5% pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, and a hard working but relaxed atmosphere with the odd beer on Friday afternoons and a fruit basket delivery once a week. Other optional perks include a regular summer social trip, and occasional evening meals.

iOS Developer Required skills:

+ Experience with iOS development
+ Confident with extensive experience in in Swift and Objective-C
+ Excellent spoken and written English
+ Experience of SQLLite or SQL Server
+ Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
+ A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
+ Ability to work well within a team
+ Experience of other languages and IDE's an advantage, particularly Java/Android
