Graduate Building Surveyor
Location - Preston
Salary - Competitive + Benefits
This North West consultancy is looking to bring on an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor for their knowledgeable Preston team. The ideal candidate will be someone with 12 months experience already behind them and the willingness to continue to learn and become an integral part of our team's present and future. The role will incorporate a variety of works within project management and professional services, and candidates will be able to benefit from our client's successful APC scheme.
The Role of Graduate Building Surveyor
Main Duties Include:
Contract administration
Building surveys
Report writing
AutoCAD drawings
Shadowing a senior surveyor
Experience Required
RICS Accredited Degree
At least a years' experience within Surveying
Experience within private sector ideal
Full Uk Driving Licence
