RECRUITMENT MANAGER / INTERNAL RECRUITER / IN-HOUSE RECRUITER / HOSPITALITY / RESTAURANTS

Due to impressive expansion, my client - a multi-site restaurant operator - are looking to grow their in-house recruitment team and are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Manager ideally with a retail or hospitality background.
Successful applicants must bring with them a demonstrable track record of success within a previous agency or in-house position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities to include:
Manage recruitment processes from attraction to selection - this includes telephone screening
Support HR Business Partners with setting up and running recruitment events
Manage all induction plans & offer packs for new starters
Manage the recruitment social media sites
Monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity at site level and offer support to managers where necessary
Proactive support for restaurants with their recruitment - reporting on trends, conducting research on the local area to spot advertising opportunities, coaching and supporting restaurant management teams as required
Bring new ideas to the business and make the role your own
