We are looking for self starters who are ready to solve problems and provide a first class service to our customers. As a Property Manager you will own a patch of approximately 1200 units which will include leasehold and general needs homes. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are happy and safe. To assist you our specialist teams are on hand, however it will be your role to ensure they deliver for your customers every time and be the go to person on everything about your patch, we are therefore looking for people who are ready to make things happen.

The main duties of the role are as followings;

You should be able to show that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a complex workload.
To demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service with the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility and ownership for the schemes you will manage.
The ability to monitor the financial costs of managing properties and scrutinise service charges would also be desirable.Requirements;
