Requirements

In this energetic operational role, you'll be utilising the knowledge that you have studied for and you'll be responsible for delivering an expert Pest Control service to our commercial and domestic customers, both new and existing. What's more you will be out in the field and not stuck behind a desk.

You will join our specialist hit squad supporting key branches across the UK working on service improvement. This will see you working within a number of branches across the UK and covering a number of different patches for a period of time in each. Therefore, the commitment to working away from home during your working week is required.

This is a great opportunity to gain even more front line experience and develop relationships which in turn will get you noticed throughout the business.

The harder you work the bigger the pay cheque and the quicker you will progress. You can expect to earn around GBP26k in your first year and potentially more if you start to climb the ladder and progress into any of our management, sales or technical roles. Your potential earnings are uncapped so the sky really is the limit with many of our Graduates progressing to an advanced technician, management or sales role within 6-18 months.

We constantly train you, whether it's your Level 1 and 2 industry recognised Pest Control Technical Training, attending our 6 week Sales Academy or attending any of our Aspiring courses, we will give you the tools to tailor your own career which can involve any of the following (this list is not exhaustive):

Pest Control Technician: where you will learn how to deliver expert Pest Control in a mixture of commercial and domestic properties.

Sales Surveyor: A field sales position where you will survey customers properties and sell pest control services, products and solutions.

Field Biologist: a technical and specialist hands on role specialising within pest control where you will carry out site inspections, analyse and identify the root cause of pest infestations

Service Team Leader: leading a team of technicians whilst also providing excellent customer service

• Are a determined graduate with a 2:2 BSc degree in one of the following subjects - Environmental Biology/Microbiology/Animal Science/Zoology/Forensic Sciences/Ecology/Sports Science/Chemistry/Biology - or similar
• Have a full UK Driving licence
