PERM - Surveyor Valuation Coordinator - Banking
Location: Solihull
Salary: GBP19,000 + Annual Bonus
Monday - Friday: Shifts Between 9am - 6pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor Valuation Coordinator (Permanent) to work for a UK based banking client in Solihull.
The role will involve supporting a team of Surveyors who will carry out valuations on properties as part of mortgage applications.
We are looking for someone with great organisational and communication skills who can coordinate appointments and ensure that valuations are processed within agreed timeframes. You will need to be proactive with a good eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills as you will be coordinating a team. You will deal with enquiries arising throughout the valuation process and play a pivotal role in ensuring that regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Essential Skills
- An understanding of the property valuations process and the role of surveyors would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to use own initiative

- Able to prioritise own workload
- GCSE's or equivalent A-C
