Who are they hiring?

As a Technical Director for one of our client's regions you will have commercial responsibility for implementing services and strategies, engaging with the wider tech industry and community and ensuring the success of all client deliverables by focussing on delivery and quality, with an overarching principle of being Client First.

Responsible for both the technical quality and delivery of all client work in your region, you will rely on Principal Consultants, Delivery Leads and Engineering Practice Leads to support you but should know what technology is being used on each of your projects and why.

Your region should be able to fulfil all of the published service offerings, so you will need to ensure the necessary skills and experience are held amongst your staff and that the relevant people know how to deliver each service.

Essentially the role of technical director enables our client's ambition to be Technically Excellent and Delivery Focussed.

With a proven ability at Principal Consultant level, having worked on several client accounts over time, you should be passionate about technology, delivery and have a thirst to learn. You will be an exceptional leader who can grow large teams and influence and empower others and has maintained client relationships with senior stakeholders.
