Trainee Sales Adviser

Randstad is currently recruiting for a Trainee New Home Sales Adviser to working in the Bristol area on a permanent basis. This role will involve a lot of telesales and face-to-face negotiations as well as visits, tours, agreeing on sales, advising on home features and seeing the buying phase through to completion. This company is a nationally recognised 5-star housebuilder for the past ten years for supplying high-quality homes who are committed to internal progression.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, outgoing individual with a customer focus who is comfortable working in a target-driven environment; this role has plenty to offer for the right individual. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager to deliver high standards of service whilst providing support to the sales operation and achieving optimum selling prices against company standards.
You will be expected to;
- Look after purchasers in a welcoming manner whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Gain expertise in the types of properties, specs, available extras and procedures.
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date and relevant reports are completed within deadlines.
- Apply an up to date working knowledge of all legal requirements (Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading (2008), CML, H&S, Data Protection Act and Consumer Code).
- Develop and maintain close working relations with all relevant internal colleagues, specifically, the Sales Manager and Site Management team.
- Effectively maintain the CRM database.
- Take responsibility for maintaining show homes, completed homes and the sales office.
- Contribute to PR/marketing proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to demonstrate excellent knowledge and awareness of the current market.
- Ideally, you will need to be able to drive for this role.
