Gardener
Salary: GBP19,000-GBP23,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
**Due to the role requirements, candidates will need to have a full driving license. Company van will be provided.**
About the Company:
The company are primarily known for their association with insurance; however, the company also have an impressive property portfolio as well as various leisure sites in the South East, comprising of two hotels and an 800 acre outdoor facility site. This role will provide horticultural support across these different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in the maintenance of the general facilities including offices and public areas.
Plan, organise and implement own work and projects under the direction of the Estates Supervisor.
Complete time sheets, budgetary records and chemical records.
Ensure machinery and equipment is clean and in safe working order.
Adhere to all Health and Safety practises and procedures.
Undertake weekly Fire Alarm tests.
Carry out monthly emergency lighting tests, record information and notify any problems.Experience:
Some experience and work-based training in horticultural practises and proven capability in using a wide range of equipment and machinery.What's in it for you?
