Our client has an opportunity for an experienced HR individual to help to create training programmes, identifying L&D solutions and recommending suitable options to meet individual and team growth and requirements. You will monitor and coordinate the operational roll-out of the learning and development plan and will help to improve cost effective learning practice, creating streamlined processes and solutions to facilitate the L&D activity across the Group. You will actively promote a positive learning and communications culture throughout the business and will build relationships with employees and managers to better understand their requirements. 

With experience of working in an HR department, you will have a good understanding of L&D with knowledge of multi-channel learning methodologies and blended learning. A confident communicator, you will be quick to build rapport with all levels of seniority and influence relevant decisions. You will be accustomed to managing a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting to any sudden changes in the priorities. It is essential that you are a logical thinker who is willing to own and solve problems. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
