    - Involvement of SAP enabled finance transformation projects

    - Support the Senior Management in decision taking

    - Align and optimise financial processes and reporting

    - Supporting and coordinating the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances 


         - Support and drive IT integration project, enhance processes and procedure and liaise with IT team in India

        - Creation of reporting dashboards and preparation and maintenance of standard and ad hoc reports  and analysis of monthly consolidated factory and Business Area result and present to Senior Managers

        - Analyse the cost allocation between region and business area and calculate benchmark

        - Manufacturing controlling and analysis of order, purchase price, inventory and standard price     variances

        - Analysing of consolidated margin, turnover and pricing for Customer Service and understand orders on hand situation

        - Monthly analysis and reporting of material costs variance using SoftconCIS 

        - Assisting with the preparation of the local budget including factory planning of rates and hours

       - Responsible for accurate and on time Month End Closing in SAP, monthly forecast for the BA and manufactory

        - Liaise with all Regional organisations on the monthly result for the Business Area


         - Masters in Finance/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent

        - Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP FI/CO and Business Warehouse

        - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and confidence in dealing with people at all levels and across the world

        - Working in an international manufacturing company with finance experience

        - Experience in Customer Service controlling

        - Working in a Matrix organisation and understanding its impact

        - Understanding and calculation of benchmark

        - Strong understanding of value flow and system interfaces

        - Cash budgeting, financial forecasting, variances analysis

        - Can analyse complex processes, present problems and develop strategies to solve complex

          technical challenges

        - Can interpret and process financial data, consolidation principals and cost calculation

        - Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with stakeholders to gather required information

        - Highly organised and focused with an ability to manage time and priorities

        - Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative

        - Strong attention to detail

        - Willing to travel
