Our client is a successful manufacturing company with a great opportunity for someone to join them in a stand-alone HR capacity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Act as a single point of contact and guidance for managers and employees relating to HR queries and issues.*
*Provide proactive HR guidance and support to the designated business functions and partner with senior leadership to achieve business goals and objectives.
*Assist the business on managing employees by providing guidance to line managers and employees on performance management process and related issues.
*Coach and train managers on company policies and procedures.
*Identify inefficiency within the HR advisory processes; ensuring developments are consistently made which enable HR processes and procedures are 'best practice.'
*Lead the annual undergraduate placements and apprenticeships recruitment activity.
ON OFFER
A competitive salary and benefits oare on offer for the right individual and this role could possibly be done on a part-time basis if necessary.
