An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Liaison Co-ordinator to join the team at:
Location: Cedar Court Care Home, Essex Dr, Cranleigh GU6 8TX
Salary: Competitive Package depending on experience
40 hours per week full time
Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective processing of enquiries at the home, with the aim to achieve budgeted occupancy. Working as an integral part of the home team and closely with the Home Manager to support individuals and families through what can be a difficult and emotional process. Your main responsibility will be generating, reviewing and processing all sales and marketing enquiries,. This will be achieved by, but not exclusive to, organising internal and external marketing events, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, community networking and building relationships with local groups to raise awareness of the home in the local area.

Main responsibilitiesOur ideal Community Liaison Co-ordinator will have the following skills and values:
At least two years' experience in Sales or direct experience handling care enquiries and liaising with families
Experience within a Care or Hospitality environment is desirable.
Having an understanding or previous experience in clinical assessments would be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An organised and efficient approach.
A self-starter with an ability to motivate self and others.
A caring nature.
