Mid-Weight 2D Artworker / Graphic Designer

A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly creative and passionate 2D Artworker / Graphic Designer, working with some of the world's biggest health and beauty brands in the UK and globally.

The chosen candidate will already be successful in their career, highly motivated and passionate about design, looking for the next step - joining one of the industry's leading teams.

The ideal candidate:

• A positive, can-do attitude & calmness under pressure
• Hard-working with a strong work ethic; willing to deal with new challenges
• A natural interest in design and tracking visual trends
• Able to think creatively and develop your own ideas under the guidance and direction of the 2D Design Manager
• A razor-sharp attention to detail is key
• Able to work according to established process and checking procedures to ensure accuracy of or artwork
• Strong organisational skills and a readiness to handle multiple projects concurrently
• A good listener, able to take direction and understand the point of view of others, whilst also able to explain ideas.
• Good communicator with an ability to take feedback constructively
• An ability to fit in well to a dedicated, goal-oriented team
• A real desire to share knowledge and foster development in less senior team members.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Experience working in Artworking & Graphic Design for Retail/POS is preferred but not essential
