We’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team, drive mail fulfilment campaigns and deliver successful client relationships.

Your Role  

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a range of account management and new business sales activities for our mail fulfilment services. You will focus upon developing and consolidating existing customer accounts.  

Spending around 75% of your time on account management and the remaining 25% seeking out and opening new business, you will work with customers across the Midlands to fulfil their needs.  

Your role will also involve:  

- Providing quotes and converting and booking direct mail fulfilment campaigns  
- Proactively supporting customers through each stage of the mail fulfilment process  
- Promoting print management, data processing and cleansing and laser printing services  
- Handling some new business enquiries and opening new accounts  

About You  

To be considered as a Senior Account Manager, you will need:  

- Substantial sales or account management experience and knowledge gained within a direct mail or mail fulfilment environment  
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle  

Knowledge of downstream access and/or Royal Mail products would be beneficial to your application. Knowledge of Tharstern MIS and Microsoft Excel would also be advantageous.
