SITE MAINTENANCE OFFICER (with staff)  

Grade 5 £18672 - £20541 Full time 37 hours, Full Year

Required September 2019.  The successful candidate will possess practical maintenance/DIY skills and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.  Main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring/operating an extensive range of engineering systems incl. Building Management & Fire Sprinkler systems.
• Maintaining school buildings, effecting repairs/improvements.
• Supervision of caretaker and cleaning staff. Cleaning of designated areas.
• Cover for Facilities Manager if required.
