Housing organisation planning a new system implementation project are seeking dynamic, capable individuals with HR assistant or HR systems experience to join their team.

Your new role

In support of new system implementation you will provide generalist HR and system support for processes improvement and change within a fast paced and demanding environment. Working under direction of a project and HR manager you will be capable and confident and willing to get involved in all related areas to HR provide support as needed during this period of business transition assisting with process change and any support as required to the business to ensure smooth transition is achieved.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior Experience in HR Admin or HR Assistant role
• Ability to adapt within a fact paced environment
• Excellent and Proactive Approach and Attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
• HR systems knowledge - iTrent system experience advantageous
